1. Website Scope

The website provides general information about RESOON, circular value recovery, the Managed Recovery Programme, infrastructure, impact methods and ways to contact us. It is a public business-to-business information site. It does not itself provide a paid service, user account, marketplace or payment facility.

2. Scenario Explorer

Scenario Explorer is an indicative screening tool based on provisional RESOON rules and the information you enter. Its output helps structure an initial conversation. It is not a quotation, valuation, environmental-impact verification, legal or professional advice, guarantee of commercial return, or binding recommendation. Actual pathways depend on product condition, ownership, evidence, location, timing, operator capacity, cost, safety and other facts.

3. Enquiries and No Contract

Submitting an enquiry, requesting a demonstration or receiving a response does not create a client, agency, partnership, fiduciary or other contractual relationship. A Managed Recovery Programme or other engagement begins only when the relevant parties sign a separate written agreement, statement of work or equivalent document. That signed document prevails if it conflicts with these website terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may view, download or print reasonable extracts for your internal, non-commercial evaluation of RESOON, provided that you keep any ownership notices. You must not:

• use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
• interfere with website security, availability or normal operation, or introduce malicious code;
• attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts;
• use automated tools in a way that imposes an unreasonable load or circumvents access controls;
• misrepresent RESOON’s content, methods, results or relationship with you; or
• copy, republish, sell or commercially exploit substantial website content without prior written permission, except where law permits.

5. Information You Submit

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit and for having authority to provide it. Do not submit passwords, payment information, sensitive personal information, confidential product files or another person’s information unless it is necessary and you have the required authority. We may use submitted information only as described in the Privacy Policy and any later written agreement. Submission does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing materials to RESOON.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the website design, RESOON name and marks, original text, diagrams, software, methodology presentation and other original website material are owned by or licensed to RESOON and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, images, sources and linked content remain the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the website under these terms.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The website links to services such as Tally, LinkedIn, Instagram and Xiaohongshu. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that RESOON controls or endorses all third-party content. You should review the applicable terms before using a third-party service.

8. Accuracy, Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the website useful and current, but public information, pathway assumptions, operator availability and external sources can change. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every item is complete, error-free or continuously available. We may update, suspend or remove website content or tools where reasonably necessary.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RESOON is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from reliance on the public website or Scenario Explorer. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use the website or submit an enquiry and forms part of the website framework.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning these terms or the website. This clause does not remove rights or protections that apply mandatorily in your place of residence.

12. General

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date; continued use after the change means the revised terms apply to that use. The English and Chinese versions are intended to be consistent. Mandatory applicable law prevails if a language difference affects your non-excludable rights.
